Prices, check-in and check-out:

The prices are indicated per apartment per night, for a minimum stay of 4 nights. During the main tourist season, the apartments are rented only for whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, private garden, final room cleaning (except additional cleaning), garage and sauna during the winter season.
The prices do not include the local tourist tax of EURO 2,30 per person (over 14 years old) per night.
Additional services (excluded from the apartment rate): garage and sauna during the summer season.
For check-in and key collection guests are kindly asked to ring at the entry. The apartments are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 9.00 am on the day of departure.
The check-in is possible between 2.00 pm and 9.00 pm (we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned outside this time window).
Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges.

Booking and cancellation policy:

The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to one overnight. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy:

• from 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
• from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
• less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

Payment modes and staying policies:

The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

• in cash for a total amount of less than € 5.000,00;
• by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment for your stay has to be transferred before your arrival);

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
We don’t accept pets in our apartments.
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.

Travel insurance:

We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
