Conditions

The rates are per person and overnight for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The booking will be confirmed only after receiving a deposit. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
In the winter season the using of sauna is included in the price of the apartment and also so the use of the garage. In the summer season the sauna costs 15,00 Euro per use.
Parking is free, if you want to use the garage in summer, the cost is 50,00 Euro per week and vehicle.
The booking is binding after having paid the requested deposit by bank transfer and received our written confirmation.
In case of cancelled bookings we will not return the deposit.
In case of delayed or missed arrival and of earlier departure we will charge 80% of the settled daily rate until the end of the stay. If we will not be informed about your earlier departure at least one day before, we will charge 100% of the settled daily rate.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the arrival day until 9.00 a.m. on the departure day.
For the payment we accept: cash, bank-transfer or checks.
